Ronaldo broke the fan's phone and apologized for losing the match

Manchester United lost 1-0 to Everton at Goodison Park in the English Premier League yesterday. Cristiano Ronaldo, the lifeblood of the team, got involved in the controversy after losing the match.

On his way back to the dressing room at the end of the match, an angry Ronaldo broke the mobile phone of an Everton supporter. After this incident, Ronaldo faced a lot of criticism in the international media.

However, within a few hours, Ronaldo realized his mistake. Ronaldo has apologized by posting on social media. Ronaldo also offered Everton fans to watch a Manchester United match.

The Portuguese star writes, 'It is never easy to deal with emotions in the difficult moments we face. Nevertheless, we must always be respectful, patient and set an example for all young people who love beautiful sports. 

I apologize for my inconvenience and if possible, I invite this supporter to watch a game at Old Trafford. So that there is fair-play and sportsmanship.
